It is not every day that someone goes above and beyond to get the job done - particularly when it was a difficult move involving multiple shipments coming from 2 overseas points and 1 domestic one. This is why I am writing to you today in praise of Lori Price- a model employee who went above and beyond our expectations as our recent move coordinator from Skopje, Macedonia to Arlington, VA.
From the beginning of our move Lori showed my family and I the utmost professional and courteous demeanor. She was efficient, friendly, pro-active and more importantly she made our already stressful move (as I was 9 months pregnant during final shipment deliveries!) a smooth and stress-free one. I just want to let you know about the outstanding support that I received from Hiliary during my relocation from Cartagena, Colombia to the United States. Immediately after I received orders for relocation, Hiliary contacted me and provided me with every document that I needed. Even though I was in Colombia, she reached out to the different offices in the Embassy and the government of Colombia to assure a smooth move. Additionally, she kept me very well informed of any action regarding my HHG. In fact, during the pickup, she contacted me to ensure that everything was working according to schedule. Whenever I made a request to her, she took care immediately and when the request was completed she contacted me to tell me that it was done. My HHG will be delivered on Tuesday but I feel so confident that everything will go well that I’m writing this note to you ahead of time. Hiliary’s professionalism is truly outstanding. Thank you!

Greetings from the U.S. State Department.
Propriety compels me once again to bring to your attention the excellent service and tremendous attention to detail provided to me by Dawne Kline. Ms. Kline has been as courteous as she has been persistent in helping me with a couple of unfortunate moving-related challenges that were part of my transition from an assignment in Moscow to my current position in Washington DC.
After a few vague emails from me that I needed help in resolving what to do about a couple of missing boxes, Dawne provided the information I needed. Regrettably, I did not make the matter a priority and allowed the press of work to keep me from focusing on the matter for some time. Dawne very politely, professionally and persistently followed up. The matter is now being resolved in a way that is, in my judgment, fair and equitable. I’m giving serious consideration to finding a job for Dawne in my organization because I know we would be happy to have that kind of dedication among members of our staff.
Although I’m only half-joking about finding suitable employment for Dawne in the State Department, I will chime in with our administrative offices for Cartwright to manage a greater share of the Department’s transition and transportation needs for employees moving to and from overseas assignments. I’m pretty sure the exceptional level of service I’ve received has ruined me for what other companies will have in store.
