Don Carroll

Chief Financial Officer

Don joined Cartwright in 2009, bringing with him an impressive amount of knowledge and experience in the construction, manufacturing, and insurance industries, along with a specialization in accounting and financial analysis.  

From 2009 to 2015, Don managed the finance, claims, and document control departments for Cartwright International, as well as participated in numerous special projects and strategic initiatives to enhance the operational efficiencies for Cartwright’s clients and internal teams.  In December of 2015, Don was promoted to Director of Operational Accounting, where he leveraged his diverse skill set to continue the company’s infrastructure growth and operational excellence. At the beginning of 2022, he moved into the Chief Financial Officer role. 

Don earned his BLA (Economics) from UMKC in 2005, and his MBA (Finance) from Rockhurst University in 2009.
